I built this because job hunting is mostly clerical work wearing a
trench coat. Dozens of career pages, each with its own board software,
each needing to be checked again tomorrow — and then a spreadsheet
somewhere trying to remember who you already talked to.
So I automated my own search, and then made it something other people
could use. It sweeps career pages on a rotation — Ashby, Workday,
iCIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo, and the hand-rolled ones — and pulls in
everything new. Each posting gets read for the skills it genuinely
requires versus the ones it merely prefers, so a listing is scored on
what the work actually is rather than what the title claims.
That score is matched against your own skills and the years you have in
each, so the list you open in the morning is sorted by fit. After you
apply, it keeps the thread: statuses, recruiters, staffing firms, and
the correspondence attached to each. There is an MCP server too, so the
whole thing can be driven from Claude in plain language.
It is free during the alpha and invite-only while the group stays small
enough that I can actually read the feedback. The invite below is open
